FilterProxy::Compress Config

Back to FilterProxy main configuration.

FilterProxy::Compress Config
Minimum size of content to compress (in bytes).
Use Transfer-Encoding header instead of Content-Encoding
  (Only works with HTTP/1.1 browser. No browser I know of supports this yet, but it's part of the HTTP/1.1 spec. I'm hoping Mozilla will support it soon. See bug on bugzilla)
